Terms and Conditions

Tickets are NOT available on the door 

Tickets must be purchased online in advance.

NO ticket NO Entry

Please make an account when booking or add to your existing account to speed up booking and to make limited alterations. 

No refunds or changes once booked, (account holders have an option) so please Choose  Branch , Date and  time very carefully.

Ticket Date and time can be changed by the customer 12 hours before booked session ( Must have an account set up before or at the time of booking)

Please note Branch Cannot be changed once booked. 

 The Voucher allows entry to our farm to pick fruits and vegetables 

By purchasing a ticket you agree to our terms and conditions and site rules. 

The £3 will be refunded off fruits picked only within 2 hours of the time the ticket is scanned in. 

The £3 is a minimum charge NO CHANGE GIVEN 

Children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times

Free Car parking for 2 hours

A ticket is required for all persons entering the farm from age 2 upwards 

The farm will close at 5 pm 

We will be open each day that tickets are availabe, unless we ( copas farms management) deem  the weather is too adverse, in which case we will email our customers that have already booked.

Terms & Conditions - Fruit Picking Voucher 

Please read the information below carefully before booking:

Your commitment to us

When you confirm your Fruit Picking Voucher purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Copas Farms The Fruit Fields and yourself.

Fruit Picking Voucher Entry

We reserve the right to cancel bookings and refund the payments if we run short of fruit , experince bad weather  or anything that we deem appropriate .

On occasion we may have run out of some fruit or veg crops we do not guarantee that all crops will be available even if they were when vouchers were booked. This is the nature of growing crops to sell by "Pick Your Own" Thank you for your understanding. 

You ( The customer) Agrees to pay for all produce picked by yourself and your group ( adults and children) no matter what. 

Important  Vouchers are non-refundable or exchangeable if you miss your slot or are unable to attend for any reason. PYO will still operate on rainy days.

1.   FRUIT PICKING VOUCHER SALES ARE LIMITED TO 7 persons PER BOOKING, WE DONT ALLOW LARGER GROUPS TO CONGREGATE WITHIN OUR PREMISES .

2.     TWO ADULTS TO 4 CHILDREN OF 13 yrs & UNDER,

3.    You will need one voucher per person to enter (both adults & children), i.e. a family of two adults & two children will need to purchase 4 vouchers. Babies in prams or strapped to the parent are not chargeable but need to be kept in a buggy or strapped on to an adult.

4.    No entry is allowed without a valid voucher purchased in advance via our website.

5.    Please arrive in good time to enter the fields within your 15 minute time slot. You then have a max. of 2 hours to do your picking.   For the later timeslots  this is reduced to 1 hour as gates are closed at 5 pm

6.    Sorry No Dogs.except guide dogs 

7.    Customers cannot use their own containers  but can re-use our containers.Please inform a member of staff upon arrival so your old baskets can be marked.

8.    Customers must cleanse their hands with their own sanitiser prior to arriving and picking.

9.    Please do not eat the fruit as you pick all fruit should be washed at home before consuming.

10.  Card payments only, preferably contactless.( If you have to use cash then please have the exact amount available as we will round up to the nearest note as we do not keep small change in our tills .

13.  Vouchers are non-refundable or exchangeable if you miss your slot or are unable to attend for any reason. PYO will still operate on rainy days.

14.  Toilets are available but please treat them with respect as you would in your own home , they are for everyone to use. Leave them as you would like to find them . .

15.  Picnic Tables near shop  – no picnics allowed anywhere on site.No consuming your own food on site 

16.  Customers should not loiter on site once they have finished picking, either in the fields or the car parks.

17.  Do not visit if you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of Covid19, or have been in close contact with someone who has.  

18.  Please be aware that the ground is uneven in places so please wear suitable footwear and take care.

19.  For everyone’s safety, we reserve the right to ask people to leave if they do not abide by the rules. 

20. We do not guarantee that all fruits will be available each day .

Not all fruits are alweays available to pick as if we have a busy day we may get picked out and have to wait till more fruit ripens .
